This step introduces you to an ‘evaluation tool’ document, which you can use to help evaluate the success (or lack of success) of a speaker in a social interaction.

The tool asks a number of reflective questions on the outcomes and process of a social interaction, and allows for the planning of how future interactions might be improved.
